Shipping policy

Delivery times for Poly Dub records may be up to 28 days worldwide, to allow time for handmade lathe cutting of vinyl, as well as transit by courier or postal service. In most cases delivery will be much quicker.

All physical items will be shipped from London via Royal Mail's First Class Signed For postal service, or similar.

Your shipping fee is based on this cost.

We aim to serve customers worldwide. You may be responsible for import taxes or duties in your country. We will send you all available information from our courier or mail service to help you track your order's delivery once it has been dispatched from the Prince Fatty Shop.

We may opt to insure items in transit for less than their purchase price and to pay any difference ourselves, to fully refund your order, in the event of an item being lost in transit. Or we may simply opt to replace an item, where available.

Delivery for digital items should be same day via e-mailed instructions or download links.
